Meet Your Coach, Raynelle Rino
I'm so excited about offering you this course! I'm also truly grateful for your trust in me and the investment you're making for yourself!
Ever since I launched my nature-based business in 2016, the one consistent request I've had from people who find me, is to share my story and how I came up with my business. It's been clear to me that what I created is pretty unique if you think about the majority of coaches or consultants out there. Connecting my love for nature, science education, and healing approach felt really natural and accurate for what I wanted my business to be about, but the road leading up to that conclusion took many hours of learning, writing, testing, being vulnerable, and not to mentioned the many people behind my success were critical to me following through with my dreams. I know I am deeply fortunate and at the same time, experienced in knowing what being an entrepreneur is like.
Since 2016, I've consistently grown my company's revenue year to year, created and run several trainings and workshop on this platform, built partnerships with other organizations and companies that I am still, today working with, inspired many of my program alumni to begin their own businesses, and appeared on podcasts, interviews, meditation apps, been a featured facilitator for retreats, and am on my way to starting other businesses. In general, all of these accomplishments could not have been possible without the particular mindset and ethic of an entrepreneur. Although I may not be highly visible or making millions in a short amount of time, my purpose is not centered on a "get rich fast" approach, but rather a more humble and thoughtful effort to building a business that is in all aspects, human-centered and non-extractive. I have my own definition of what success is to me, and I support you naming that for yourself.
Some facts/factors about my life that may help you understand the context of who I am and how I'm shaped as an entrepreneur;
- I am currently a single mom of a growing teenage professional dancer in training, also meaning there is no second income in my household.
- I live in Oakland (Bay Area cost of living and all the things...).
- I've never worked in Corporate or had "extra" funds (like a trust) to start my business.
- I am fully financially independent, meaning I have no external support like family to turn to for emergency.
- I chose estrangement from my immediate family in 2018 to preserve my mental health as I became an entrepreneur.
- I think I'm doing an excellent job balancing all the parts of my life and know this because I rarely get sick and I'm generally a happy person, happy about my life. This was certainly not always the case ;)
I thought it be important to give context to my journey because every person's situation is different. And being a small business owner can happen! There are still many times where I coach myself out of the self-doubt, the overwhelm, and the feelings of defeat by reminding myself of how resilient I've been. I truly believe everyone can be an entrepreneur if they want it, if they identify with it, if they FEEL it's the right path. All the other logistics of "how will all my needs be met" will fall into place at the right time, if you trust in the process of emerging.
